Review: Totally unacceptable customer service,particularly given that they advertise a premium product at a premium price.When I complained by phone about lack of delivery six hours after the agreed time ( to coincide with my wife,s release from hospital….they said HOW DARE I COMPLAIN!
I always thought that even among the posh Winchester crowd….the customer was king!

Review: My Mother’s funeral was made more bearable with the flowers having gone right (had been let down elsewhere and this florist worked closely with me to find/create stunning alternative arrangements for the casket and stands a short notice). It was a huge relief to see the spray and stands looking so wonderful on the day – a credit to my Mother. Thank you.

Review: Such beautiful flowers but the customer service could have been much better.
I was told the flowers would be delivered late morning, but no set time could be given (which is absolutely no problem). By 12.10 there had been no delivery, so I called to see if the flowers were on their way as they were for a special occasion (my parents 40th wedding anniversary). The lady on the phone said she had one more stop to make before delivering the flowers, so I asked if they would likely be delivered by 1pm so I could update my Dad as I had ordered them on his behalf.
I was then told in a very rude tone that delivery wasn’t done by minutes and that she would simply be there after her next stop. I just felt this tone was uncalled for considering I was told they would be delivered late morning and it was now the afternoon. A lot of money had been spent on these flowers, so to ask roughly what time we should expect to receive them really wasn’t too much to ask.
Then to top it off, once they arrived the card said “Happy 40th Birthday” instead of “Anniversary”! With, might I add…. spelling mistakes!
This was going to be a 3 star review but it’s annoyed me so much that actually it’s not even worth that!

Welcome to Mills in Bloom Flowers and Vintage in Winchester. Mills Florists have been making and delivering fresh English & Dutch grown flowers gifts, flowers for funerals and weddings from our old shop beside City Mill, Winchester since 1960. Now based in Winnall, Winchester, we work from workshops there, offering our full service Floristry to order online or by phone. Mindful of our green footprint we compost all of the (considerable) volume of green clippings created, and use a minimum of packaging for flowers including tissue that dissolves when soaked, natural raffia ties and bows, bio-degradable film. Cardboard delivery boxes. We will on your request send our flowers naked, just tied with raffia or in a recyclable glass vase.
